MEASURES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF CUSTOMERS AND STAFF
Hand sanitiser is easily accessible for both customers and employees. Hand sanitiser stations are available in key locations in the hotel’s public areas, such as hotel and restaurant entrances, hotel lobby, reception, bars, meeting rooms and near the lifts in the hotel corridors.
The use of a face mask in our public areas is voluntary.

We have made further investments in our employees’ good hand hygiene. Our employees wash their hands even more frequently than before, use hand sanitiser regularly and wear disposable gloves when working with unpacked food products.
We have increased the cleaning and hygiene measures in our hotels. Public areas are thoroughly cleaned. All contact surfaces (for example door handles, water taps, tabletops) and sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day with disinfecting cleaner.
Hotel rooms are tidied and bathrooms disinfected carefully according to recommendations from the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare. In our cleaning we pay special attention to contact surfaces and the bathroom. Washing the bedlinen destroys any potential viruses and bacteria. Daily cleaning is done only at the customer’s request.
Hotels serve buffet breakfast.
