EFFECTS OF THE SYSTEM UPGRADE ON THE WEBSITE 2.–18.6.

We are upgrading our systems, and the changes will temporarily affect making and modifying reservations on the online store, as well as the Lapland Hotels Club member program. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

EFFECTS ON MAKING RESERVATIONS IN THE ONLINE STORE

Between 2.–18.6., each hotel will experience a downtime of approximately one and a half days, during which reservations cannot be made in the online store, and existing reservations cannot be canceled or modified online. The schedule for the downtimes for each hotel is listed below:

Sun 2.6. evening to Tue 4.6. morning: Lapland Hotels Sirkantähti, Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets, Lapland Hotels Bear's Lodge

Tue 4.6. evening to Thu 6.6. morning: Lapland Hotels Riekonlinna, Lapland Hotels Luostotunturi, Lapland Hotels Pallas

Thu 6.6. evening to Sat 8.6. morning: Lapland Hotels Saaga, Lapland Hotels Hetta, Lapland Hotels Kilpis

Sun 9.6. evening to Tue 11.6. morning: Lapland Hotels Arena, Lapland Hotels Tampere

Tue 11.6. evening to Thu 13.6. morning: Lapland Hotels Kuopio, Lapland Hotels Bulevardi

Thu 13.6. evening to Sat 15.6. morning: Lapland Hotels Ylläskaltio, Lapland Hotels Olos, Lapland Hotels Äkäshotelli

Sun 16.6. evening to Tue 18.6. morning: Lapland Hotels Oulu, Lapland Hotels Sky Ounasvaara

EFFECTS ON THE LAPLAND HOTELS CLUB MEMBER PROGRAM

The system upgrade will affect the functions of the Lapland Hotels Club as follows during the period 2.–18.6.:

- Login: It will not be possible to log in to the member account or check point balance and account activities.

- Using reward points: Points cannot be used, meaning they cannot be used for reward nights, room upgrades, reward vouchers, or any other benefits redeemable with points during the downtime.

- Joining: It will not be possible to join the Lapland Hotels Club.

The benefits available with the mobile membership card will function normally, as will ongoing benefits that do not require the use of points.

Points for stays made by Lapland Hotels Club members during the downtime will be automatically recorded after the downtime. This does not require any action from the member.
