Frisbeegolf
Hetta Frisbee golf course, with 9 lanes is open every day of the year, around the clock. The track is free to use. If needed, frisbees are available for rent from Tunturi-Lapin Luontokeskus.
The principle is the same as regular golf. Instead of using balls and clubs, you use plastic frisbees that come in different sizes and weights. The holes are replaced with baskets, in frisbee golf. The idea of the game is to be the player who finishes the track with the fewest throws — if that’s you, you win!
Frisbee golf course
The summer course has 9 holes and the winter course 6 holes. It’s free to play on the Hetta frisbee golf course, which is open every day of the year, around the clock.
If you opt for the winter track, it’s recommended that you wear snowshoes.
If you don’t have a frisbee, they are available for rent in the nature centre, Skierri. Frisbees can be returned to a box on the wall of the Skierri outbuilding. Scorecards and maps are also available at Skierri and a postbox can be found at the start of the course.
