E-invoicing information
Lapland Hotels Lappi Oy, Lapland Hotels City Oy, Lapland Snowman Oy, Lapland Ski Resorts, Ylläs-Ski Oy, and Hotel Haikko Oy accept e-invoices.
The invoice must always include the name of the hotel and the name of the purchaser of the service or product.
Credit application for business customers
The attached credit application is intended for corporate customers. Please complete the application carefully. Once approved, the credit application is valid for one (1) year throughout the entire Lapland Hotels chain.
Buyer Information
Our standard credit limit is €1,000. If credit is granted, the recipient must comply with the payment terms currently in force at Lapland Hotels. A billing surcharge of €10 per invoice applies.
Failure to comply with the payment terms will result in the immediate loss of credit privileges, and the credit recipient will be required to pay the applicable late payment interest and collection fees as determined by Lapland Hotels.
The processing time for the application is 1–3 business days, after which we will inform the applicant of the decision. The credit application processor has the right to check the applicant company's information from a credit information service.
