Pets are welcome in all our hotels

Travelling with a pet? Pets are welcome to stay at all our locations from Helsinki to Kilpisjärvi. Please ensure the availability of pet-friendly room in advance, as there are limited rooms available.

Pet fee starting from 20 € per stay.

The pet fee is per stay and includes cleaning, a treat, a water bowl, and a pet towel for the duration of your visit.

Adding a pet to your reservation

• In the online store
In our online store, you can add a pet as an additional service to your reservation immediately after selecting your room type, as long as you choose a room category that allows pets.

• Contact the hotel directly
You can also book a pet-friendly room by contacting the hotel reception either by phone or email.

Pets in the hotel lounge bar and restaurant

Pets are welcome in the lounge bars of all our hotels.

To ensure a suitable space for your pet, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

Tips for traveling with pets

  • Please hang a pet sign on your door upon arrival in your room.

  • Ensure that your pet feels comfortable in the room and is not a disturbance to others, even if it spends some time alone.

  • Leave your contact information with the reception in case your pet needs assistance while you’re away from the room.

  • If you would like cleaning during your stay, please arrange the cleaning time separately with the reception.

  • Accidents can happen to pets, just like to us humans. If this occurs during your stay, we kindly ask you to contact the hotel reception as soon as possible.
