The auditorium, located on the third floor of the hotel, is suitable for nearly any kind of meeting — for up to 160 persons.
The auditorium, located on the third floor of the hotel, has 118 fixed seats, with adjoining desks. The Räkkä conference room can be added on to the auditorium. Then it’s possible to fit 42 seats on the even floor in a theatre-layout, without desks. The whole capacity of this room will then rise up to 160 seats.

Kipinä is a conference room with brick walls, which gives you the impression that you’re in a wine cellar. The unique feel to this room is complimented by its wine-cellar themed interior style.
Kipinä is located on the first floor of Lapland Hotel Luostotunturi’s main building. The unique feel to this room is complimented by its wine-cellar themed interior style. This room is 100m2 and fits 10 - 25 persons in a U-shaped layout, a maximum of 50 persons can fit when the room is setup like a classroom.

Restaurant Parvi works out also as a conference facility. All of the coffee servings and group works of the entity Auditorium / Räkkä / Parvi work out fluently in the same floor.
Restaurant Parvi works out also as a conference facility. There’s space for 10 - 40 persons with a U-shaped layout and up to 50 persons with a the classroom layout, inside this even-floored room.
