Lapland Hotels Tampere's restaurant, Dabbal Kitchen & Bar, is the heart of the hotel. In the mornings, you'll find a generous breakfast buffet, and in the evenings, the flavors of the north delight in surprise menus. Our dishes not only offer taste experiences but also tell the story of Lapland through their beauty. In the hotel lobby bar, you can enjoy refreshing drinks before or after dinner.
Breakfast of northern flavors
The breakfast includes all the essential elements to start a good day, inspired by Lapland's hospitality and genuine taste experiences, creating a relaxed northern atmosphere. The restaurant is the birthplace of our popular reindeer black pudding, and the breakfast menu also features, among other things, melt-in-your-mouth oat porridge, northern fish, and berries. Upon request, our chef will prepare an omelet with your choice of fillings.
Breakfast is also available to non-hotel guests at a rate of €28 per person. We recommend reserving a table in advance through the Dabbal Kitchen & Bar website. For hotel guests, breakfast is included in the accommodation price.

Dabbal Kitchen & Bar's roots are deep in the nature of Lapland, from which we also source amazing ingredients like game, reindeer, mushrooms, lichen, spruce shoots, and birch leaves. Our head chef creates stunning experiences from these natural ingredients that captivate our guests. The experiences are not limited to taste alone, the diverse dishes served on Pentik tableware also delight the eye.
