Lapland Hotels Kilpis offers facilities for hosting meetings and events in the midst of Finland's most stunning landscapes. The meeting room is ideal for gatherings, while the Kalastajatorppa by the lake is perfect for summer celebrations. The hotel's restaurant hall can also be arranged for various dinner events.

Lapland Hotels Kilpis apartments are available for rent during the winter season from December 1, 2024, to March 19, 2025. The hotel itself will be closed, meaning there will be no restaurant or reception services (apartments are rented without breakfast, and key collection is handled via a locked box at the hotel’s main entrance). All apartments feature a kitchen and shower, with some also including a private sauna. The lakeside saunas will be closed for the winter and are not available for private rental. Apartments can only be booked through our online store, and reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.

In the nostalgic meeting cabinet of Lapland Hotels Kilpis, even Kekkonen has discussed matters by the fireplace. The room can accommodate approx. 12 persons.

Scenic cabinet

The hotel's scenic cabinet is available for private reservations and provides an ideal setting for meetings. For inquiries and reservations, please contact the hotel reception.

Kalastajatorppa

The event space Kalastajatorppa, located by the shores of Kilpisjärvi, offers a cozy setting for summer celebrations. You can also book the adjacent lakeside sauna for private use at the same time.

Kalastajatorppa is available for booking from Midsummer to the end of September, as the facility does not have heating. There are no restroom facilities or running water in the space. It can accommodate approximately 30 people.
