Kilpisjärven rantasauna ja avanto
Lapland Hotels Kilpis' lakeside sauna is located in a unique spot by Kilpisjärvi lake. There are separate saunas for men and women, and they are open daily when the hotel is operating. In summer, you can take a refreshing dip directly from the dock, while in winter, there’s an opportunity for ice swimming by the shore. Enjoy the warmth of the sauna and breathtaking views all year round!
Lapland Hotels Kilpis apartments are available for rent during the winter season from December 1, 2024, to March 19, 2025. The hotel itself will be closed, meaning there will be no restaurant or reception services (apartments are rented without breakfast, and key collection is handled via a locked box at the hotel’s main entrance). All apartments feature a kitchen and shower, with some also including a private sauna. The lakeside saunas will be closed for the winter and are not available for private rental. Apartments can only be booked through our online store, and reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.

The use of the lakeside sauna is included in the accommodation price for our staying guests.
You can also purchase sauna access without staying at the hotel for 10 €/person. In winter, there is an opportunity for ice swimming, and in summer, you can swim from the dock.
