Karhunpesä is an upscale log cabin located 2,5 kilometers from Lapland Hotels Bear's Lodge. The history of Karhunpesä has been shaped by notable guests who have visited regularly. One of them was the President of the Republic of Finland, Urho Kekkonen, who visited Karhunpesä for 25 years from 1956 to 1981.
