The terms and conditions below apply to all Lapland Hotels Club members. These terms and conditions for the Lapland Hotels Club programme are valid from 10.11.2021.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of Lapland Hotels Club.
2. You can become a member at any time here or at the reception desks of Lapland Hotels hotels. Membership is free of charge.
3. Once registered, members will receive their own profile page and membership number. Your points balance can be viewed by logging in with your email address and password at www.laplandhotels.com.
4. Only one person may be registered under a single membership. Membership cannot be granted to companies or other legal entities.
5. Lapland Hotels reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify any of the terms, conditions, rules and benefits associated with the programme, with prior notice to Lapland Hotels Club members through at least one of the communication channels, i.e. the website or by e-mail. Lapland Hotels might make changes that also affect the rules for earning points, redeeming points, types of rewards and the availability of rewards.
6. Membership remains valid until further notice. Lapland Hotels reserves the right to terminate the Lapland Hotels Club programme by notifying the members of this three (3) months in advance.
7. Lapland Hotels reserves the right to cancel a Lapland Hotels Club membership if the membership has been misused. A member may also cancel their membership at any time by notifying Lapland hotels in writing at club@laplandhotels.com.
EARNING POINTS AND THE VALIDITY OF POINTS
1. Points can be earned from the day of joining the Lapland Hotels Club programme.
2. Points and membership benefits can only be earned by one Lapland Hotels Club member per room and for a second room occupied by persons under 18 years of age living in the same household.
3. In order to receive points for hotel stays that qualify for loyalty points, a member must register as a guest staying overnight at the hotel.
3.1. The earning of points requires members to give their membership number when making their reservation, or at the latest when checking into the hotel.
3.2. The earning of points requires members to make their reservation through Lapland Hotels channels (at the Lapland Hotels online store or through direct sales).
3.3. Bookings made through business travel channels (GDS, Hotelzon) are also eligible for points, provided that the customer has a business contract with Lapland Hotels and unless otherwise specified in the contract between the company and Lapland Hotels. When making a reservation through business travel channels, the customer must give their membership number when checking into the hotel, in order for the points to be credited to their account.
4. A member earns points for one night's stay that qualifies for points as follows:

5. If points are incorrectly awarded, Lapland Hotels may cancel them afterwards.
6. Tour operators' package prices or free visits for introductory purposes do not qualify for points. Stays that are booked through third-party booking channels (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, HRS.com) do not qualify for points. Group reservation prices do not qualify for points. Points cannot be earned from a stay paid for through points redemption.
7. Points earned by a member can neither be combined with points in another membership account nor transferred to another membership account. Points cannot be sold, traded, transferred or otherwise exchanged for cash. A stay paid for with earned points can, however, be given to another person.
8. It takes four (4) days from the check-out date to register the points in the member's Lapland Hotels Club account. Members can access their account information at www.laplandhotels.com.
9. Points accumulated are valid for three (3) years from the date upon which they were earned.
10. If a member believes that they have not received the correct number of points for their hotel stay, they must fill in a request for points at www.laplandhotels.com/EN/club/missing-points.
USING POINTS FOR HOTEL STAYS
1. Lapland Hotels Club points can be used for points-funded hotel stays at all hotels in the Lapland Hotels chain. Members must book the stay themselves, and it is valid for two persons in a two-person standard room.
2. The classification of such stays may be changed at any time at the discretion of Lapland Hotels.
3. Even if a member gives their points-funded hotel stay to some other person, the reservation must still be made under the name of the member owning the points.
4. The numbers of points qualifying for hotel stays are shown in the table below:

USING POINTS FOR REWARD VOUCHERS
1. Lapland Hotels Club points can also be used for ski passes, equipment rental or Lapland Safaris activities by redeeming a reward voucher.
2. Reward vouchers are worth 10 000 points and 5 000 points.
3. The voucher entitles you to the nature trips and activities offered by our designated subsidiary Lapland Safaris, as well as the ski resorts listed below and equipment rental at these resorts.
USING A REWARD VOUCHER – LAPLAND SAFARIS ACTIVITIES, SKI PASSES AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL
10 000 points Safaris and guided activities of Lapland Safaris
5 000 points day ticket / ski pass in Ylläs Ski Resort, Pallas Ski Resort, Olos Ski Resort, Luosto Ski Resort or Ounasvaara Ski Resort in Rovaniemi
5 000 points equipment rental in ski centres and Lapland Safaris Shop
Equipment rental eligible for a voucher are displayed on the www.laplandhotels.com/club page. Availability varies by destination.
4. Reward vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date upon which they are redeemed. Lapland Safaris activities and equipment rental must be booked in advance, and availability cannot be guaranteed until the reservation is made.
5. Reward vouchers may be redeemed at the www.laplandhotels.com online store on the member’s own pages.
6. Customers must hand in the reward voucher on site at the Lapland Safaris Service Point.
7. Unused reward vouchers or part thereof cannot be redeemed back.
