The restaurant scene at Lapland Hotel Ounasvaara Chalets changes every season. All of our restaurants have an open fire and benefit from the cozy warmth they brings. In the winter, the northern flavors in Restaurant Thulia are complimented by the coziness of its fireplace. The soft smell of smoke in our lean-to restaurant and cooking on an open fire provides a charming dinner for up to 35 people at a time. Rantasauna, the unique log-built restaurant, is open in the summer, tempting you with its terrace and river view. Flavors are brought to life in the nightless night.

Lean-to’s are known to be one of the most essential things in Lapland. The wooden surfaces and a large fireplace are elements that add mystery to the time spent there.
The atmospheric hut is a piece of authentic Lapland. In a cozy environment, you can have a wonderful dinner by the fireplace. The capacity of the hut restaurant is 35 people.

The sauna is located next to the Ounasvaara ski center on the banks of Kemijoki, just a five-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi. The restaurant and sauna can be found outside Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets on the river bank.
